Located in the center of La Jarrie, this 20 m² guest room is in a separate building overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden. Enjoy a very peaceful setting. You have a private entrance and easy parking on the town hall square. All shops and services are within walking distance. The beaches of Châtelaillon are 15 minutes away, and the old port of La Rochelle or the bridge to Île de Ré are 25 minutes by car. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked inside the property. The building features a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, TV, a fine comic book collection, a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, plus a terrace with table and chairs. Small dogs are welcome, provided they get along with my very calm and friendly labrador and a younger, more energetic beauceron.
